A Great Investing Opportunity: Arizona Real Estate
July 21, 2012Do you consider moving to a new area? If so, Arizona real estate is really worth your attention. Below, I‘m going to provide more information on why the real estate market of Arizona is so active and flourishing.

Phoenix
As you probably know, Phoenix is the biggest city in Arizona and city's population continues to grow. Further, Phoenix is the 6th largest city in the USA and is also a capital of Arizona state. You may be surprised, but this city is still growing at such a rapid pace that it has engulfed the accompanying two towns: Tempe and Scottsdale.
Do you enjoy attending sporting events, recreational and leisure activities? Phoenix can offer a large selection of them. The city is famous for its professional basketball, baseball and football teams. Also, the city of Phoenix even has a great ice hockey team that doesn't require much introduction – you probably heard of Phoenix Coyotes (isn't it ironic that a city which is located in the middle of the desert has an ice hockey team?).
If you prefer warm weather to cold, Phoenix is a right place for you. In summer, the average temperature in this city is mostly above the 100 degree mark. During the winter, day time temperature is approx 70's, but evenings are usually cool and pleasant.
Flagstaff
Flagstaff is a city located in Arizona that is famous for its historic Wild West. Flagstaff is easily accessible from the famous Route 66. Besides that, it is a college town because of Arizona State University. This University, also known as ASU, has more than thirty thousand of students! If you are looking for a college town, I suggest you skip Phoenix and consider living in Flagstaff.
Arizona Real Estate
As an Arizona real estate attorney I can confirm that real estate properties are quite reasonably priced if we take a look at other states. A recent statistic shows that the price of average house in Phoenix starts from $300 000. During the last 12 months, Arizona's real estate market was especially hot.
